I. Job Summary
The Digital Sales Assistant provides full-funnel support to the Eastern Digital Sales team, reporting directly to the Eastern Regional Lead but with additional accountability to Pod Leads and Sales People. This position assists the sales team through the entire sales process and will be both internally focused and client facing.
II. Essential Job Functions

45% Performs administrative support to the department:
Expense reports, salesforce entries, etc
40% Participates in client support-related responsibilities:
Helping to coordinate materials for meetings (print center, etc)
Coordinates agency/client events
Assists with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as requested.
Assists Account Managers with presentation prep
Submit marketing requests
Helping with creative mailers to agency teams
Helping send reminder treats/goodies to clients (i.e. cookie delivery or dinner when a team is reviewing a large proposal)
Gathering industry/trade articles on a client in preparation for a meeting or for client outreach.
15% Performs research responsibilities:
Syndicated research requests
Google search research for sales ahead of meetings
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education: College Degree
Experience: One to two years related administrative support or media experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong organizational skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
