Provides support in sales administration, generates sales-related reports , and acts as an extension of the sales team.
Provide primary assistance and support to Account Executives and to Sales Management.
Accurately enter orders, contract revisions, and commercial copy/copy instructions. Check and correct contract confirmations.
Coordinate and secure outstanding commercial copy, and coordinate client commercial approvals. E-mail commercial times to clients upon request.
Perform general administrative duties including faxing, filing and copying.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports. Generate and manage additional reports, data and documents, upon request.
Provide research support for staff.
Complete other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers and AEs.
Assist in communication with sales team, other departments, and outside sources.
Cover reception duties as necessary, managing front desk clerical duties accurately and effectively.
Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
